Custom Classic - '61 T-Type 58-270318
Classic 60's style T-type powered by a pair of Brierley Brodcaster pickups. The first one to come with TX4A ToneRanger 4 way switching. Standard T type wiring with cocked wah. !st position bridge, 2nd position cocked wah, 3rd position neck and bridge in parallel and 4th is the neck alone. The cocked wah has attenuated bass and treble creating a focussed mid punch which is perfect for both heavy riffing and screaming solos.
The hardware and neck back has been carefully aged. the body finish is a very sleek satin. The impression is that this guitar has been around the block a few times. It was decided on completion that the body would not be distyressed and the owner would add the customary wear patterns, nicks and dings himself over time.
Although it is not fully evident in the photos the body has been heavily contoured strat style. It is very light premium grade swamp ash and extremely comfortable to play
