Custom Classic T-Type - The Aerocaster #71-180620
A guitar that has been in the pipeline for a while. The parts had been gathered and put in a box some eight or nine years prior to the build it they lay gathering dust in the back of the workshop. Finally brushed off this "workshop ghost" and assembled the project while work was quiet during the Covid19 emergency.

The guitar produced prior to the Aerocaster also has the 71 prefix but a different date code [71- 280220] being 28th day of Februaray 2020 as the production date. Aerocaster is number 72 sequentially and should have had the #72 prefix. The following guitarin the gallery has the sequential code of 72. There is as far as can be ascertained one other very early sequential code error.

The Aerocaster is joy to play being ultra light with an unquantifiable "alive" feel. The impression is given that it really wants to play loud, dirty and is more than ready for plenty of rip roaring rock and blues. Caution should be exercised as punters standing too close to your amp risk their faces being torn off.
As a nice light and very smooth player I loved this guitar a lot and was more than a little sad when she was purchased. At the time in the depths of the initial Covid emergency we didsn't know what was coming next and my thinking went along the lines of "Yeah all over rover this one's yours".
The months drew on and someone went for the bait. I built a few just like it over that desparate year.
